All Budget Express Consulting Pet x Finance Collection items are printed to order. Here's what to expect from the time you place your order to the time it arrives.
Production time
Each item is printed specifically for you after you order, so please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. This is separate from shipping time below.
Shipping times
- Canada & United States: approximately 3–4 business days after production
- International: approximately 5–15 business days after production, depending on destination
Total time from order to delivery is typically production time plus shipping time above. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at contact@budgetexpressconsulting.com within 30 days so we can help.
International orders: customs & duties
Orders shipped outside of Canada and the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We're unable to predict what these charges may be — please check with your local customs office for more information.
Incorrect shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we're happy to arrange a reshipment, but new shipping charges will apply.
Lost, damaged, or delayed packages
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or never arrives, please see our Return & Refund Policy for how to request a free reshipment or refund.
