Refund policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Budget Express Consulting provides financial advisory and consulting services, including the Business Financial Health Assessment, Strategic CFO Planning Session, Monthly Financial Advisory, the Foundation Financial Planning Program, and the Read Your Numbers Workshop. Because these are professional services rather than physical goods, this policy differs from a standard retail return policy.

 

Booking and payment: For the Business Financial Health Assessment, you can book your session directly through our online calendar at no upfront cost. Payment is due after your session, and we will send you an invoice or payment link once your assessment is complete. For all other services, payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

 

Rescheduling: You may reschedule any session at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled time. To reschedule, email contact@budgetexpressconsulting.com or use the link in your confirmation email.

 

Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session are fully refundable (for prepaid services) or will not be invoiced (for the Assessment). Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments without notice, are non-refundable, as this time was reserved specifically for you.

 

Refunds for prepaid services: If you are not satisfied with a completed session, contact us within 7 days at contact@budgetexpressconsulting.com to discuss your concerns. Refunds for completed sessions are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed, given the personalized, time-based nature of our work.

 

Ongoing engagements: Monthly Financial Advisory is billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel future months at any time with at least 14 days' notice before your next billing date. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.
