Service Delivery Policy

 

Budget Express Consulting offers professional financial advisory services, not physical products, so there is no shipping involved.

 

How sessions are delivered: All sessions, assessments, and workshops are delivered online via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, unless an in-person meeting has been arranged in advance (available in the North Vancouver, BC area).

 

Scheduling: Once you book a session through our online calendar or complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your session details and a video call link. If you booked the Business Financial Health Assessment through our calendar, no payment is required until after your session.

 

Digital deliverables: Any reports, worksheets, or planning documents prepared as part of your engagement will be delivered by email, typically within 5 business days of your session unless otherwise agreed.
