Founded by Sarita Venancio, a Strategic Financial Advisor with more than 16 years of international experience in FP&A and controllership, the firm combines global corporate finance perspective with a practical understanding of the decisions business owners face every day.
We also advise business leaders through financial transformation projects. Our role is to help define the case for change, clarify priorities, establish decision criteria and governance, and provide an independent financial perspective throughout the transformation. Implementation stays with the client and delivery teams.
