All Budget Express Consulting Pet x Finance Collection items are made to order and printed specifically for you once you place your order. Because of this, our return policy works a little differently than a standard retail store.
What is NOT eligible for return or refund
Since every item is printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Buyer's remorse (changed your mind after ordering)
- Wrong size ordered — please check the size guide included on each product page before ordering, as sizes run true to standard unisex fit
- Wrong color selected
What IS covered — free reshipment or refund
You're covered at no cost to you if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- Your item was misprinted (wrong design, wrong placement, or wrong item shipped)
- Your package is lost in transit
To request a reshipment or refund, email us at contact@budgetexpressconsulting.com within 30 days of the delivery date (or the estimated delivery date if your order never arrived), with a clear photo of the issue. There is no need to ship the item back to us. Claims submitted after 30 days cannot be honored.
Wrong shipping address
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, we're happy to arrange a reshipment — however, new shipping charges will apply.
Order processing & shipping times
Orders are printed to order and typically take 2–7 business days to produce, followed by shipping (approximately 3–4 business days within Canada/US, and 5–15 business days internationally). You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@budgetexpressconsulting.com. Once an order has entered production, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
Customers in Brazil
If your order is shipping to Brazil, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 calendar days of receiving it ("right to regret"). Please contact us to arrange this.
